Davide Cortinovis
Davide Cortinovis is a member of the litigation department and specializes in personal injury with an emphasis on insurance related claims. He has prepared and argued cases before all levels of Courts and tribunals in the Province, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He strives for client satisfaction by using the law and facts of each case to get a just result.
His approach is straight forward: “How would I want my lawyer to handle my case?”
Mr. D. Cortinovis graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with distinction and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is bilingual and speaks both English and Italian.
