Adam Spark

Adam Spark is an associate with the Corporate Commercial Group and joined Himelfarb Proszanski after completing his articles with the firm in 2016. Mr. Spark’s practice is primarily focused on representing clients in purchases and sales of businesses, advising clients in relation to corporate governance matters, and advising clients with respect to estate planning and estate administration. Previously, Mr. Spark has worked as a summer student in the legal department at Scotiabank and spent several summers working at a national law firm in the Professional Development and Human Resources departments.

Mr. Spark earned an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012, with a triple major in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. Mr. Spark was also a member of the Wilfrid Laurier University’s Varsity Rugby team. He then completed his J.D at Queen’s University, graduating in 2015..

At Queen's, Mr. Spark was an active member of the Law Student’s Society, the captain of the Queen’s Law rugby team, and a captain of various Queen’s Law intramural teams. In Mr. Spark’s final year at Queen’s he was awarded with the M.A. Murray Award, an award that recognizes a male and female third year student who contributed the most to athletic life during their three years at law school.

Mr. Spark was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association.
