Aaron Grinhaus
Aaron Grinhaus is a tax and corporate lawyer who focuses primarily on corporate and trust organization, CRA appeals, tax structuring and commercial agreements. His experience extends to charitable, not-for-profit and professional corporations, and he currently serves as General Counsel to the Canadian Association on Gerontology.
Mr. Grinhaus has been featured as a writer in several publications and as a guest speaker on a variety of business law related topics. He frequently gives presentations and seminars and has presented for the Ontario Bar Association, The Ontario Hospital Association, and RBC Dominion Securities, among others, and has presented as a guest lecturer at Michigan State University College of Law.
Mr. Grinhaus currently has extensively volunteered in the legal community, having served on the Governing Council of the Ontario Bar Association and on the National Business Law section of the Canadian Bar Association, in addition to having been the Chair of the SSGP Section of the OBA. Mr. Grinhaus holds law degrees from the University of Ottawa (LL.B.), Michigan State University (J.D.), and is currently pursuing a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) at Osgoode Hall Law School of York University.
